Edit – Recalc LOD
Recalculating the Simplied Display Data
This command is used to recalculate the simplied display data of the element(s) selected in the element list.
Note
Thisfeatureisdisabledifyouhaveset[UseLOD]to“Off”intheFile-Preferencesdialog(DefaultBehaviortab).

The simplied display data is displayed, for example, while the camera is dragged. If recalculation is not performed, the
data in effect when the element(s) was simplied lastly will be displayed. If necessary, recalculate the simplied display
data after the data is edited.
Operating Procedure
1
From the element list, select the desired
element.

Click [Recalc LOD] on the [Edit] menu.
The simplied display data of the selected ele-
ment will be recalculated.
Note
Anerrormessagemayappeariftheselectedelement
containsanexcessivelysmallnumberofpolygons.
